This is our second time using Lance and Marcie on a project. The first was on a large primary bath in a previous home of ours. The end result was a gorgeous bath. That was one of the primary reasons we had multiple offers when we sold our home a few years after the remodel.

The layout of the kitchen is so functional that it makes cooking an ease as well as a joy and the contemporary design elements blend beautifully with the traditional Craftsman charm of our 1925 home. Lance worked magic with a small footprint so that we were able to have two sinks in the main bathroom and a walk-in closet.

From our initial phone consult with Marcie, both Lance and Marcie were there for us every step of the way. The final outcome is that our dream-come-true kitchen is now a reality! Lance and Marcie have an amazing gift for design. We know we would not have been able to create this “model home” kitchen (as our friends tell us) without their professional help.
