Lance Stratton, is a residential designer and draftsman with over 30 years of experience in building plan preparation. He knows what San Diegans want, and works tirelessly to turn those desires into reality. For this reason, he assembled our design studio – a team of professionals that provides design services and working drawings for any project that comes our way, big or small.
